Amanda and the Tree Trolls - A Raindancer World Adventure

Amanda and the Blue Faeries spread out through the Portal Cave, inspecting the many prisms. Amanda didn't quite know what she was looking for. That is - she knew what her world looked like and, if the truth be known, she found the portal leading back to her classroom pretty quickly - but Amanda didn't want to go back to school just yet so she kept quiet about finding the portal through which she had entered Twilight Tanglewood. She had heard that the Blue Faeries came from a world in which everyone danced in the rain every day, and Amanda was hoping to be invited to dance with the Blue Faeries and the Winsome Witch before she had to go home herself.
Presently, a cry went out from one of the Faeries.
"Francie's found our fabulous frisky friend!" called the Faerie closest to the one who had cried out. Amanda and the Tree Trolls and the rest of the Faeries all rushed over to see Francie's discovery.

Deep within the purple mist of a foggy prism lay the unmistakable image of a Triceratops.
"Here's our happy home!" declared the BFQ. Then she turned to Amanda. "Please partake of the pleasures of our prosperous plains," she entreated.
"I'd love to!" Amanda replied. Then she turned to the Tree Trolls. "Would any of you like to come with us?"
The Tree Trolls all shook their heads vigorously.
"Oh, I forgot," said Amanda. "You do not like to travel from your home. Well then, I guess this is goodbye."
The Tree Troll who had spoken with Amanda in the Grand Palace hastily scratched some runes into the sandy floor of the Portal Cave.

"We will!" declared Amanda. "And we'll be sure to enter via this Portal Cave next time too! Goodbye Tree Trolls! See you again soon!"
"Farewell fair friends!" called out the Blue Faeries, waving goodbye to the Tree Trolls as they walked right into the prism, thus passing through the Portal into Raindancer World.

"Goo-i! Goo-i!" called the Tree Trolls after them, as the last of the Faeries, and Amanda - dragging the still sleeping Winsome Witch behind her - disappeared into the Portal.
